Family
Family presents a layered composition built from personal and found materials: a fragment of a house from Tarlabaşı, an egg-shaped Aztec weapon, rail remnants from Haydarpaşa station, and a gramophone box labeled His Master's Voice. At the center, an old family photograph quietly anchors the scene.
As it collapses personal and historical timelines, the work questions the transmission of memory and symbolic burden. The figure depicted among the objects carries not only memories, but also duty, silence, and an inherited weight.
